[RefChat] Referee event in Pleasanton on August 1, 2009?

A couple of days ago I thought I saw an announcement for a referee tune-up
workshop in Pleasanton on Aug 1, 2009? If this wasn't a figment of my
imagination I would appreciate receiving a pointer to it.
