[RefChat] Fwd: 2008 Packets

I renewed online and still received a packet. Is that a sign my renewal
was not successful?

The first packets were mailed out the 3rd week of October so you should
start seeing them in your mailbox soon if you already registered.

Some of the Cal-North packets went out without badges.  USSF is aware of
this and is sending the badges out ASAP.
