An Evening with Chris Strickland

Come hear about FIFA Assistant Referee Chris Strickland's experiences at the recent U17 World Cup. Chris will tell us about the teams, the atmosphere, and FIFA's view of the future of the game. He will also talk about things like the continued discussion of the "new" offside interpretation, some of the experiments they tried (goal line technology!), and other law changes that were emphasized at this tournament. He'll also open the floor to you so bring your tough questions for him!

Where: The Cupertino Community Hall/Room, situated between Cupertino City Hall (11300 Torre Ave) and Cupertino Library (11800 Torre Ave)

When: Monday, October 17th from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
